Guaranteed Cooking Oil Stock
The market price of cooking oil is targeted to decrease gradually after the implementation of the one-price policy of Rp. 14,000 per liter. Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto asked the public not to worry about running out of cooking oil using the highest retail price (HET) benchmark because the stock was plentiful.
"The price as of February 1, 2022, which is set by the government at Rp. 14,000 per liter for the premium one, Rp. 13,500 for the simple packing, and Rp. 11,500 for the bulk, which is expected to continue to be disbursed. So, there is a lot of stock, there is no need to be afraid of running out of stock," said Airlangga in Semarang, Central Java, yesterday. He said that the price of cooking oil on the market would decrease gradually after the implementation of the one-price policy of Rp. 14,000 per liter. "It is gradual, as of February 1, it will be disbursed. This is all gradual and it is hoped that tomorrow some will be able to do it," he said.
