Build a New Capital City, Minister of State & Public Works Visits BSD City

Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Pratikno and Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono made a working visit to the BSD Green Office Park area,

seeing the progress of the construction of a new city-scale growth center by the private sector in this case Sinar Mas Land through one of its projects namely BSD City regarding the application of the concept of green areas and buildings as well as the transformation to a smart city. "The government is not just moving the capital city and becoming a government office, but we want to build a new city, a city of the future, a city that can become a magnet for great talents and at the same time become an engine, a motor, and a catalyst for Indonesia's progress," he said. Managing Director of the President Office of Sinar Mas Land (SML) Dhony Rahajoe explained, SML was honored to receive a visit from a number of Indonesian Onward Cabinet Ministers regarding the government's plan to develop IKN in East Kalimantan. He hopes that the experience in developing the BSD City area can be an inspiration for the government to develop IKN. The visit was continued to review a number of projects in the BSD Green Office Park area, namely the Sinar Mas Land Plaza Building, Green Office Park (GOP) 9 Building, Graha Unilever, and the wallless mall The Breeze.
